This is the second time I have ordered this product. It's great value for money and works very well.

Print quality is pretty good, but the first of the two cartridges only prints 1,650 pages instead of 2800, which is very disappointing. If this second toner cartridge doesn't work properly I will never order anything from this manufacturer again. The second cartridge is more effective. The weakest first cartridge may result in a better rating simply due to a "mistake".

The printer can recognize the toner

No wonder the printer recognizes this toner cartridge. The last toner included its original sibling and was the first to identify it. I contacted customer center, I took charge of resolving the issue. Customers also stated that issues have been resolved and more opportunities will be available when needed.

Purchasing incompatible toner will damage your printer. Very unfortunate! ! !

You must purchase a compatible toner cartridge even if it is marked as compatible. This caused damage to the printer. This so-called compatible toner was only used for a short period of time and continued to run out of toner even after a week. (We compared the quantity printed with genuine HP toner, and even half the quantity printed with compatible toner). I usually went back to the original toner I had ordered from HP for over 3 years, but this time I was already using compatible toner and it no longer printed well. I had to buy a new printer. Very unfortunate! ! !

The failure rate is 50%. Two out of four cartridges did not produce clear copies.

The first cartridge worked very well. By the time I needed a second cartridge, the turnaround time had passed. The second and third cartridges print a heavy black line on the right side of the page. I put in a fourth cartridge and it worked. So, if you are considering purchasing this package, please keep this in mind. The cartridges you will use are different from what you think you will pay for! The company contacted me after reading the notice. A $40.00 gift card was issued to my account due to a cartridge issue. At least the customer service is very good.
