I really liked this product because it helped me start gaining strength again. Other options I looked at were way too expensive, making me hesitate to buy them, and then I never ended up getting anything.

I noticed a similar machine on TV, but I think this one is just as good, if not better, and costs almost half as much. It's really sturdy and well-built. Plus, it stays in place without a mat, unlike the TV version. It's also very quiet and works without needing to be plugged in.

I can exercise well without feeling exhausted.

This is really great for older folks.

I bought this as a gift for my brother, who is recovering from a stroke. I hoped it would help him regain some strength. He seems to enjoy it so far, as it allows him to get some exercise even though he's mostly confined to his chair or bed unless a nurse helps him move around
