I'm happy with this item.

It requires some patience to use, but while I can sharpen it faster by hand, it's not as precise. This machine is very precise and does an excellent job.

I haven't had a chance to try it out yet.

I just received this, and it appears to be well-constructed and easy to use. I own two saws, but neither chain is dull, so I can't currently assess its sharpening capability. It comes with a compact carrying case, gloves, and additional parts. Everything fits nicely in the box, which also seems to be robust and well-made.
