This small stepper is suitable for home use! Effective exercise of the lower and upper limbs. Like exercising on a bike, you can do it at home, or when you watching TV! With a display, you can calculate the exercise time, steps, exercise distance and calories. It can be placed on the upper limbs on the table and lower limbs on the stool to exercise, similar to the principle of bicycles, but smaller and more compact, easy to store.

I alternate it with strength training. It's a perfect low-impact exercise on recovery days.
